Actually all those "weird" letters are already on your computer...
So you dont really have to download or visit any websites.

It depends what keyboard you have.
You can not get letters like this already on your computer :

Just use Windows tool.

Yes its called "Character Map" in a windows computer Start> All programms> accessories> System tools.
